Got to the office about 15 minutes before my appointment but 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to be seen because I didn’t fill out forms that I was never sent. So I waited 45 minutes for nothing but to be rescheduled.

I waited a hour and a half while my insurance was verified. The receptionist stated she was waiting for a ticket and never communicated with me. The front desk appears to be very busy disorganized and shirt staffed

Waited 40 min after my booked appointment time without being seen. This almost caused me to be late and had to leave without being seen. I had 0 communication from the staff, and throughout the time, the staff had been discussing who they blocked on social media and appointments that were messed up be them for other patients.
