Dr. Patel spent time making sure we covered all of my concerns and the whole staff made sure my son's first visit was a pleasant one. He LOVED going to the dentist. The whole attitude was very family friendly with the whole staff and dr. Patel made sure to talk to me and my son (very important for me).

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Patel. She was very professional and had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure which made me feel comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a new dentist.

A St. Louis native (and a Marquette High School graduate), Dr. Patel is excited to be back in the area practicing as an associate dentist at Advanced Dentistry of St. Charles. In her spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals. Neena is extremely passionate about dentistry, loves to work with children and strives to provide the best care to all her patients. She’s looking forward to seeing your smiling faces in the office!

If you live in the O' Fallon area and you're not using Dr. Patel, you're going to the wrong dentist! She is absolutely fantastic. Excellent bed-side manner, very efficient, friendly, and just a downright great dentist. She took the x-rays and did the cleaning herself instead of passing off on a hygienist. Overall, could not be happier with Dr. Patel.
