Dr. Kulenkamp was courteous and friendly but not overly chatty. She was straight forward and to the point. The office staff were all very polite. The cleaning felt a tad rushed/quicker in comparison to cleanings I've had elsewhere,however, I was satisfied with the outcome-maybe they are just faster than the average office? Overall a good experience.

Hello, my name is Nipa Kulenkamp. I am a general dentist at Dental Salon and I look forward to helping you achieve your dental goals.
I grew up in sunny, dry and hot Las Vegas, Nevada. I attended the University of Nevada-Reno for my undergraduate degree. Following graduation, I attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, where I obtained my Doctorate of Dental Medicine and also completed my general practice residency training. Through this additional training, I have expanded my skills in order to provide outstanding comprehensive care. I have recently moved to Chicago, and I am loving every minute in this vibrant and exciting city.
My dental philosophy is to always place the patient first. I believe that each patient has a set of dental goals he or she wishes to achieve. I strive to partner with each patient to reach those goals through clear and open communication. Making sure each patient feels comfortable and understands everything that is presented to them is very important to me. I cherish the doctor-patient trust and want each patient to leave happy and with a beautiful smile!
I enjoy all aspects of dentistry from cosmetics to implants to fillings. A vital part of my role as a dentist is to keep current with new literature, technology, and treatments; as such, I take continuing education courses and am a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Society.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, exercising, watching movies, and exploring this beautiful city. I will read anything I can get my hands on, and I love to travel when I have the time. I can’t wait to meet you!

The office was very clean and all of the staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly. Dr. Nipa explained everything thoroughly and checked in on me frequently to make sure everything was feeling okay through out the cleaning and appointment. I would definitely recommend her.

The lady who cleaned my teeth was the best--so nice and efficient. Now the only reason I am giving them a low rating is because right after my cleaning was done I was escorted into another room to watch a video about crowns WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I AM WATCHING THIS VIDEO. It wasn't until the video was over that the doctor came in and said that I needed crowns on my back teeth...ummm great...maybe you should have a conversation with your patients before showing them a video that they don't know why they are watching in the first place.

It was absolutely amazing, Dr. Kulenkamp was really good in explaining the whole procedure about deep cleansing and also she told me about the bridge which i had to get it done, i like the helper with her i think her name was Verina, she did my flossing and polishing at the end.
