Was a great experience..... the staff are very nice and working very hard.... Dr. Olga was very welcoming and super professional and friendly....ofcourse my daughter was screaming all the time but the doctor and all the staff were very professional in how they handled her.... overall very nice and humble staff who cares about everyone ??????

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. The level of professionalism in this office is horrible. From the time you come in, the receptionist is refusing to help people because she says everything a person needs is not her job instead of trying to assist or guide the patients. Then the actually dental assistants are by far some of the rudest people to deal with. An assistant told me “ Go sit over there “ as if I was a child. I told her that was rude and the manager of the office felt nothing was wrong with her being so unprofessional so I left. Without a doubt it’s GHETTO AND A DISGRACE. I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY EVER MAKES THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND GO TO THAT DOCTOR

I took my 18 months old baby for his first cleaning she was thorough which I like to be in and out as long as the service was quality and I was satisfied with the service. My son didn't even cry which was awesome.

She needs to know that her clients are young kids. Crying and feeling agitated is normal. Interacting In a positive manner and explaining processes will only help to relax patients.

It was good, my only problem was that they had no record of his appointment or the documents that I filled out on the website prior to his appointment. So there was a lack of communication between your website and there office even though I had an email confirmation!
