I rarely give reviews but this doctor and his team went above and beyond for me. I had dental issues while being in California temporarily; the consultation and X-ray were free and they tried really hard to find a solution that worked with my tight travel schedule and restrictive insurance plan. A big thanks to the whole team!

Booked an appointment for a cleaning, went into the office twice without a cleaning ever being done. They cared more about doing an Invisalign screening and lied to me about me grinding my teeth at night to try to persuade me to buy Invisalign right there. They did well on my fillings, but I had an overall poor experience because of the original intent of the appointment not being addressed.

Words can't describe how INCREDIBLE PA dental Arts are. I have always had a fear of dentists after having a bad situation as a child. Last year I noticed that one of the caps on my front teeth was a bit loose. I went to my old dentist and lets just say I wasn't happy how things were handled. My friend told me about PA Dental Arts and I called and made an appointment. I felt welcome as I walked in the door by Julie Once in the exam Kelsey made me feel comfortable and at ease with the situation. Dr Arkhavan has a incredible bed side manner and is very compassionate and ensures he explains the situation fully. it ended up that I needed a bridge vs just a new cap and of course I was devastated but they made me feel so good that it was easier to handle. He is very detailed and takes a lot of pride in what he does and Kelsey and Julie are wonderful. Only problem is I am moving from the area and have to find a new dentist. It will be tough finding someone as good as he is. I promise if you go there you won't be let down.

I highly recommend Dr. Akhavan and his wonderful staff. Dr. Akhavan's work is truly exceptional and I knew I was in good hands at his office. Julie always welcomes everyone with a smile and does her absolute best to accommodate with our schedule every time. Kelsey is great with making you feel right at home and keeping you relaxed and comfortable during your visit. I wouldn't dream pf going anywhere else. I finally love my smile after so many years and have Dr. Akhavan to thank!

The absolute BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone who works there from the front desk manager, the dental assistant and the Dr. were absolutely incredible. Very personable and genuinely interested in providing you with the best care possible. They even went out of their way to provide a service on a Saturday when they were not going to be in the office just to accommodate our
needs for an important personal event. The office is professional, warm, inviting and very well decorated, not at all what I expected. What a refreshing experience! If you are looking for a superb dentist, do not hesitate to choose P.A. Dental Arts. You will not be disappointed!

I have been to many dentists and am always pretty nervous about it hurting!! Dr. Akhavan and the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My crooked teeth have always bothered me but I didn't want to get braces because of the pain and inconvenience of them. Invisalign was awesome!! My teeth are now straight, it was affordable, and I have more confidence! Thank you PA Dental Arts!!

Lets just say I am a nervous Nancy, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the dentist. So when I broke my tooth I put off the repair for WEEKS. I kept looking and looking for the right dentist. I was referred here from a work buddy and when I had a severe toothache one Saturday, they were open and could get me in within 2 hours. The stars seemingly aligned to guide me here because it was the perfect experience. Julie, the office manager, off the bat got me in the office and out of pain the same day. They even worked with me financially on what my insurance did not cover! Kelsey the dental assistant was amazing as well, her and Julie we both pros in easing my anxiety. Dr. Akhavan was very good and careful to make sure my experience was as pain free as possible. Needless to say I am certain I have found the right dentist for me. Julie and Kelsey are both an asset to this office taking a good experience and making it GREAT! Keep up the good work guys!

My experience at P.A. Dental Arts in Allen was exceptional. On my first visit I learned I needed a root canal and Dr. Akhavan was able to perform the procedure right away. There was very little pain or
discomfort and the follow-up care was terrific. The appearance of the office is first class and the staff
treated me as an honored guest. They even ask for your music preference and accommodate that in the treatment room! I'm not sure how you could ask for a better customer service experience.

Recently my dental insurance changed and I was looking for a new dentist! I called PA Dental Arts and
was amazed how accommodating they were with my schedule and got me in the next day! When I
came in, the office staff was very friendly, and Dr. Akhavan was great. He explained everything and
was gentle. I have very sensitive teeth and he was very considerate and concerned about making me
comfortable! I would recommend this dental office to everyone I know! Thanks for the great dental
experience!!
