The staff is extremely sweet and friendly! Dr Tamkin is extremely thorough and gets the job down swiftly. The office space is perfect and cozy especially if you’re going in and you’re a little anxious, the staff does an amazing job at making sure you’re 100% comfortable prior to even seeing Dr Tamkin, 10 out of 10!!!

Dentist was nice and answered all my questions. The staff was new and training so maybe this is why it was not very streamlined and took a bit longer. Other than that no complaints! Will continue to go to this office

Except that the staff I have dealt with were very friendly, I won’t recommend Smile Lab for the following reasons:
First, and for most, instead of numbing the area once, they keep injecting me and that caused so much discomfort!
Also, I was discharged without any paperwork or instructions except of the payment receipt!
I was actuality the one asking about the next step after my visit, especially that it was my first time having such a service, which I made it clearly for them, but the receptionist confirmed that she will send me an email and cal me shortly. However, after no call or follow up email, I ended up calling them but they never took my call and there was no option to leave a voicemail. I had to google myself what after care actions I should be taking!
Just to conclude, this was way below my expectations for such a highly rated dental clinic!

Honestly, friendly staff. However, I was told that my insurance doesn’t cover cleaning when in fact, it covers 100%. If you don’t mind being over charged and misguided, this is the place for you.

I arrived 15 early to an office that was not open. I waited 20 minutes after my appt time and still nobody showed up. After my appt I got a “missed appt” email from Zocdoc and wasn’t happy about that since the doctor never showed up for my appt.

My benefits were not verified before the appointment. While sitting and waiting for my appointment, the lady verified my benefits via speakerphone with other people sitting in the lobby. I don’t think my personal information should be done via speakerphone with others around! I ended up leaving without being seen. When I told the lady I wasn’t happy about that, she denied doing so. I told her “yes you did, I heard you and you had to enter my date of birth 3 times because you entered it incorrectly” then she said there was no one else in the lobby and there was!! In fact the lady there said she had been there multiple times, but today they didn’t have her Medicare information saved. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

The Smile Lab was very clean and beautiful. The front desk was very helpful and communicated while I waited. The whole office is so pretty and really relaxing. I was told to watch Netflix while I waited and was offered water and a warm blanket if I was cold. The doctor and assistant Carlos were very helpful and kind. Dr Parthian was descriptive for every step of my visit. I can’t wait to go back and have another great experience. 1000/10 recommend, and a huge plus is the woman doctor!

They have very high quality equipment and great attention to detail. Such a beautiful office and amazing staff!! I was so nervous going to a new doctor but staff here was so comforting and greeted me with big smiles! I was brought back right away which never happens at Dr offices. The office is super cool and has really updated machinery! The appointment was very thorough. Dr tamkin and Monica payed addressed every concern and best part is nothing hurt! Their work is magnificent and will definitely be back with the rest of my family! Highly recommend!!

Such a beautiful office!! Staff is all super friendly! Office is also very clean and has very updated machinery. I was brought back right away which never happens at doctors offices. The appointment was very very thorough. Cleaning and treatment didn’t hurt!!! Monica and Dr. Tamkin addressed every concern and will definitely be back! Very grateful for them!
