So, I booked with Dr. Yao, and when I came to the appointment, I was informed that she was no longer there. That's fine, they had another one to see me. I was then long, only 80% of my visit was covered, and the new doctor was not in network.
Bless the nice desk lady in the front for quoting me well, because later in the visit, I was nearly quoted even more. (Zocdoc doesn't allow me to say specific pricing)
Honestly, none of this is the staff's fault. They were very kind and accommodating of my situation. The office was very nice and clean. I'm just upset at my insurance. (5/5 would recommend this office, just know Dr. Yao does not work there anymore)
