My first visit was teeth cleaning and xrays. The session went very well with no discomfort. The Dental Hygienist was very friendly and professional.

This was the most painful cleaning appointment of my life. =( The hygienist didn't seem to take very much care to avoid hitting my gums with her cleaning tools. All of my gums were bleeding and inflamed when she was done - very unusual for me. The doctor seemed to be friendly enough, but I have been spoiled perhaps in that I never 'dreaded' going to the dentist for a routine visit. This place changed my mind! Definitely not excited to go back. =( Too bad too, because the location is walkable from my office! I had chosen it thanks to its close proximity to midtown. ARG.

I had one appointment which was satisfactory. However, at my second appointment, I arrived at the office, and they had cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They told me they would call to reschedule and never did. I also emailed them and never got a response. Going to the dentist shouldn't be this much work.

I was double booked for my appointment and I waited over an hour. The total visit was over 2 hours. I am a physician in the area and I do not have time to wait >1 hour as I have patients to see! My next appointment is on a Wednesday in June at 9:30am. I have to be at work at 11am. Please do not double book me or I will be late to see my patients. Thank you!

I was concerned about a tooth that was giving me problems and she did not even address the problem. They clean my teeth and took exrays. And They also made another appointment for me to return at a later date to do some fillings that I need done. All and all it was pleasant enough. I will return. I ppreciate your

Excellent Care! I highly recommend the Lucas-Perry Dental office. The staff was friendly and professional they saw me right away and, they went out of their way to make my visit comfortable. I was pleased by the treatment plan and expertise of Dr. Lucas. She was gentle and took time to explain the dental procedure. I am extremley pleased with the results and practice.
