I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning with Dr. Grube. Upon checking in, the receptionist stated I was unable to receive a cleaning & needed to schedule a second visit to get that done; I had to first receive a consultation to see "what type of cleaning I need." In the 20+ years of going to many different dentists, I have never heard of this before. I am extremely unhappy with this practice & extremely disappointed with how they handled my appointment. The revisionist stated Zoc Doc does not give them the option to communicate this with the patients, which I find untrue. Will not go back or recommend.

I arrived for my 8:00 appointment about 7:59. I was seen in less that 5 minutes. Dr. Grube was very thorough and explained the procedure that needed to be done. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and even provided information that I had not thought of.

The entire staff was amazing!! They took so much time to actually talk to me about my treatment options and payment options. Dr Grube is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done and makes sure you are involved in deciding your treatment path.
