I consider it an honor to have the opportunity to care for those in my community. People place their trust in me during an often stressful and uncomfortable time; I take this very seriously. As a healthcare professional, my goal is to make people happy and healthy and to have them leave and tell people “I love the dentist.”
The best part of my job is building long-lasting relationships with my patients. As a dentist I have the opportunity to see people multiple times a year. I see them through weddings, pregnancies, new jobs, and new pets. Interacting with and meeting new people makes my day fun, and helping them achieve their oral health goals is equally as rewarding.

This was my first/intake visit and I felt very comfortable. She was very relatable and didn't make me feel bad about my brushing or flossing habits :)
Normally visiting the dentist is a little anxiety provoking for me but this was a top notch experience.

This was my first visit to this office, but I am already so pleased with my choice! It's been several years since I've seen a dentist, but they were understanding and did not make me feel in the least bit bad about it (unlike some previous dentists I've visited). Though I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen, they were very apologetic, explaining the circumstances, and telling me how they hate to have people waiting. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, and Dr. Sones didn't bat an eye when I asked her a million questions. Is it weird to say that I can't wait until my next dentist visit? Because that's basically how I feel. Highly recommend!

Paula and her dental technician were both incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and they even managed to fit my cleaning in sooner than I'd expected. I'm glad I chose her practice!

Dr. Sones is very down to earth and knowledgeable. The office is comfortable, with a nice sunny view on the 2nd floor. I learned a few things I didn't know, which will change my behavior to help keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible.

This was my first visit to this office as I'm new to the area. I was unimpressed with Dr. Sones's office seeing as the staff, including Dr. Sone's, came off as unorganized and frazzled. The hygienist wasn't very gentle and when I left my mouth was sore, which I had never experienced at my old DDS. Dr. Sones also claimed to have found eight new cavities. I haven't had a cavity since I was 7 years old and haven't changed my eating habits in the past eight months so I found this hard to believe. I will be taking my teeth somewhere else for my next DDS visit for a second opinion.

I have some dental anxiety and haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years. As you can probably imagine I was a bit nervous about going even though it was just a new patient exam, however I knew I had some problems and I have a fair amount of previous issues. Everyone made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the visit. I was worried about being judged about my oral health, but that wasn't the case at all. She talked with me about the current issues and concerns she had, informed me what I was doing right and what I could do better, and never once was negative. While discussing her recommendations with me we found that we were both on the same page!! I was actually happy leaving to have been treated so well and respected and am looking forward to my next visit to get some of these problems addressed. Very professional and informative, great work.

The only reason I didn't give a highly recommend is because the office is located in Cambridge which may cause headaches for some. However coming from route 2/Watertown I had an easy time (during rush hour) and parking was a breeze since they have their own lot.

Great first experience. I don't have dental insurance, and they have a really great plan you can sign up for with the practice, where the cost of two cleanings, x rays and discounted treatments equal LESS than the cost of one initial visit outside of pocket.

The office was nice and parking was easy for Mass Ave! They have a parking lot! Because of all the snow, that was really helpful. I was seen right away, but that could have been because they had cancellations (it was snowing). It was my first appointment with a dentist in years, and Dr. Sones was very attentive, she listened and put at ease. I would probably do five stars for a recommendation based on this visit, but I haven't actually had any work done. Based on this first experience, the staff was friendly, and Dr. Sones was great!
