To help you understand what I mean, just imagine a person living in hopelessness with what seems to be an inevitable fact that everyone in his/her family always had dentures and there is nothing he or she can do about changing their own denture fate - I truly feel empathy for these individuals and in most cases can offer hope for a brighter outcome.
