The Doctor's and assistant's were awsome but the receptionist was another issue. If I checked in/filled out my documents days in advance via zoc doc it's to avoid the long and dreadful filling out paperwork at their office, right? Wrong..! I know for a fact that once these documents are filled out/checked in online the doctors get these documents right away. How is it that this receptionist aside from having a nasty attitude tells me that I'm going to have to fill out paperwork because she's not seing them in her system when in fact Zoc doc had sent me a confirmation that it was sent to them. They only do this because their to lazy to get up from where there sitting at to print these documents up. That is why I always take a printed copy in case they try these game on me..!

She was GREAT!!!! The staff was really cool.... I’m not a big fan with going to the dentist but this location had me really calm and comfortable. I had a root canal done and it wasn’t too bad. Overall experience A++++

Loved everything about this place. Clean and beautiful office. Friendly staff. Doctor was super professional.
The doctor that was taking care of me kept coughing...if you are sick you shouldn’t be treating other people.
The wait time was way too long I arrived about 20 min early and still had to wait almost 45min to be called.

My experience with Dr. Niderman was good and satisfying. Recommended.
Great experience. Made my child feel as comfortable as possible.

This was the worst dentist visit I ever had. He didn't explain the problem and the procedure he was about to perform. He stabbed the numbing needle quite roughly in my gum without warning me that it'll hurt. Chewing gum the entire time. He then proceeded to try yanking and doubted me when I told him that it hurt. I questioned him and he, quite rudely told me, "figure out if you want to work with me or not". I've never felt so scared with a doctor and, in tears, I ran out of there and will never go back. I would never recommend him.

It was the worst went in for a cleaning and they decided to mess with my old filling saying that they were in bad shape but they were perfectly fine to me I had no pain with them so they went ahead and removed my old ones and put new ones and they did a terrible job they left to much of the filling on the sides of my teeth making it sharp and uncomfortable also I was there two weeks ago and I’m still in pain I can eat on that side of the mouth it’s like there no filling there
I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone. My appointment was At 9:30 and I didn’t see a doctor until 10:30. Then during the procedure the dentist and dental assistant were constantly distracted by the tv and kept looking up to watch the show. Then other employees would come into the room and they were all gossiping about the owner of the place and each other. The dentist was extremely aggressive and left my gums bleeding. She barely cleaned my teeth, only cleaned one section and did a sloppy job on the cavity fill. I had to spend 15 minutes explaining to her that she left extra filling material all over my tooth and it needed to be polished off. Not to mention the whole place was dusty and unsanitary.

Waited for almost 2 hours, was met with the smell of smoke from the front of the door all the way to the waiting area. The receptionist is okay but could be better. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth had a terrible mouth odor that I wished I never went. Never going there again.

The worst dental cleaning experience of my life. The dentist spent 15 seconds with me, decided to refer me to another place and left the room without asking for more background or information. The equipment is outdated. Cleaning lasted probably 10 mins when I usually get 30 mins from other dental office. The equipment has a lot of issues where I got more water on my face than in my mouth during the cleaning. Will not return.
Wunderbar!

This was seriously the worst dental experience of my life! The place was gross. The equipment was outdated and looked unsanitary. I went for a dental cleaning and instead had my teeth drilled and not cleaned at all. While I waited for two hours before getting called back, I watched the dentist leave out four times to go smoke a cigarette and when I asked her to wash her hands before touching my mouth, she got an attitude with me. I highly recommend you search for a different dentist.

This was the WORST experience. The procedure I needed to be done has been drawn out for months. The dentist has the audacity to ask "What do you need?" after reviewing his own notes on my file. Sir, clearly if after this many visits you don't know what I need, not even after reviewing my file -- I don't know that someone exists to help you figure it out. I was calling 2-3 daily just to have my x-rays emailed to me, so I could be seen elsewhere. Extremely disorganized and extremely unprofessional. Had to schedule an appointment to be seen by dentists JUST TO HAVE XRAYS EMAILED TO ME. Something this simple, that just takes seconds- should not have taken more than two weeks of calls, and an hour and a half long visit. Ridiculous. AVOID THIS DENTIST.

The dentist Niderman was flirting as well as finding excuses not to get my filling done. Unacceptable. I highly suggest ZocDoc to have the professional doctors in their system.

very dirty office, the doctor did not consult, he looked at me for 10 seconds and immediately said that I need to treat 6 teeth. quality inspection was not. there was a feeling that they just wanted to withdraw money from my insurance, and did not care about my health

This was the most unprofessional dental office I've ever visited. First, it took about 45 minutes to be seen. I tried to not have that bother me so much as long as the care was good. But it was awful. I went back only for the assistants to take forever taking my xrays (this should be a quick process), and then the doctor came in and numbed me without first warning me and it hurt. I've never had a needle hurt. Sure, I've felt discomfort in the past, but never pain. As I was sitting in the waiting room, there was a sign to say "please excuse the delays, we are providing the utmost care to patients," or something to that effect. LIES. Who doesn't warn you about numbing you? And why did it hurt? Then I moved rooms and after 2 hours of no one starting my cleaning, I WALKED OUT. Such poor service and no one even cared. I'd rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than be forgotten about.

I had a horrible and traumatizing experience. First, I came to get a teeth cleaning and he wanted to address some cavities. Because I had to go to work after, I asked to come back later and just do the cleaning for now. He insisted I do the cavities and then shot me with the numbing needle before I even signed the papers to do so. Then, he said Dr. Cindy would do the procedure while he oversaw, which he NEVER CHECKED IN ON ONCE. Dr. Cindy and her dental assistant chatted on about men and music and NYE while paying little attention to the work being done on my mouth, and playing music from a cell phone. When the Dr started my teeth cleaning she started cutting into my gums so i asked her to stop! She did little to back off and be gentle, and kept going while I clenched my body in pain. She proceeded to fill 4 cavities and then never used any fluoride or any teeth cleaning agent on my teeth. After I got home from work, I looked in my mouth to find one cavity not properly cleaned or filled, and still has sensitivity to even water. And cuts along my gum line. Not to mention the office was dirty and dated. I will NEVER step foot in that office again. I’m stunned and upset. I’m seeing another doctor in the next day to try and fix what has been done.

Honestly it was a long wait, but this is New York. It was well worth the wait. The staff was great and even calmed my nerves. I've always been so afraid. Once I was seated I was in and out. I had to bring my daughter there because it was such a great place.
I come late hour with sharp pain. I was accepted immediatly as an emergency patient. Extraction was not painful at all. I got written instructions. Very helpful and professional service.
Always caring, pleasant and professional.
Dr. Niderman is very professional. I received helped with everything I came in for! My dentures were completed before Christmas and fit perfectly! God bless.
