longtime patient but very disappointed with the Account specialist/Billing/Front office staff. My insurance told them AND sent docs that confirmed I had a waiting period (just a few more days) for major service to be covered but Bianca the rep failed to disclose this to me. Instead I was told that my insurance provider requested that I file a claim AFTER services were rendered. Fact is - if I am in Network (Which I am) Dentist office files a claim not the patient. I believe I was deliberately misinformed to pay for a service upfront because they knew I wouldn't be reimbursed due to waiting period. I will think twice about using this office again for sure!

THE DENTIST IS CONCERNED ABOUT HIS PATIENT, AND GIVES BOTH CONFIDENCE TO THE PATIENT, ALONG WITH HIS EXCELLENT DENTISTRY SKILLS.
HE ALSO HAS GOOD TEAM RAPPORT WITH HIS ASSISTANT AND THE PROCEDURE GOES SMOOTHLY.

I Love love Love the staff and the Dr. Pedro Mora, one of the best care I have received, everyone is so friendly and caring . The only downsize is they are planning to change the hours starting on May which I m pretty sure will not suit those who have to be at work before 9am , it was so convenient to get in at 7 AM and be out before starting work hours. Hopefully they reconsider and go back to old schedule or at least have one day of the week opening at 7am
