I received more info regarding insurance procedures and the condition and treatment of my daughters' teeth than I have from any of the other dentist we've been to.

They took an xray of one tooth to tell me they cannot extract it even tho its covered, they sprayed water in my daughters mouth and called it a cleaning. There was noone there waiting, they rushed us out. They did not want to work. I wasted my gas.

Dr. Choksi was a pleasant professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She did much more than I expected for my child's first visit to her office. Friendly office staff. Clean atmosphere.

After booking the appointment, I did not receive a confirmation call. I had to confirm the appointment by calling them. Zocdoc - pre-filled registration form and patient history details was not accepted as it is. I had to fill out another form in detail.
As a part of preventive care I chose for general/routine cleaning covered under my dental-insurance 100%. I was charged upfront. The charges should have gone to my insurance-company but they charged me for something called "deep-cleaning" (different than regular cleaning - vague definition). While I received a copy of my credit-card payment, they didn't bother to give me a statement of dental-procedures fees breakdown in detail. I have no idea what was I charged about exactly!

The staff made you feel very comfortable and was thorough in answering all my questions. They were forthright with providing all the information needed to proceed forward.
I felt they were honest and caring.

Prior to my appointment I had called a couple of times to schedule then reschedule. I was super happy with how I was treated over the phone. Very friendly and personable. The appointment was for my son and the entire staff made him feel totally comfortable. We all enjoyed the visit. would definitely recommend and go again.

Well my husband went to the dentist with my son and he said he loved it, its clean an theres no long line waiting. The doctor was excellent and because of tha we are changing my son dentist to this office, the previous doctor we had we were not happy about it.....long line, long wait, staffing is rude, ect. doctor RACHANA CHOKSI DMD is 1st class all the way.

She was super with my children. She explained and discussed their needs with me. Dr choksi spoke with the children one to one and explained their responsibilities to improve their oral hygeine. I was impressed!
