About Dr. Rachel Pickworth

Dr. Rachel E. Pickworth is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and specializes in the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) with Custom Oral Appliances as well as General Dentistry. Her mission is to serve your family with the most advanced dental care available today. Advanced Dental of Holmdel, led by Dr. Pickworth, offers comprehensive dental care and Oral Sleep Apnea solutions for the entire family with the very latest modern equipment. Dr. Pickworth provides high quality and effective treatment with kindness, courtesy, and patience in a friendly environment. Our office offers general dentistry services, preventive dentistry, cosmetic and restorative care, as well as dental sleep medicine. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Monmouth/Ocean County Dental Society, The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA), The New Jersey Sleep Society, and The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). Dr. Pickworth takes continuing education very seriously as it allows her to stay current with all the latest treatments and technologies. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS - The Royal London and St. Bartholomew’s School of Medicine and Dentistry - The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine - Diplomate status from the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine Dr. Pickworth trained at The Royal London and St. Bartholomew’s School of Medicine and Dentistry and in 2000 was awarded a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) in London, England. She then worked in a general dental practice for several years before moving to the United States. Dr. Pickworth attended The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and obtained a D.M.D. degree in 2005. Dr. Pickworth practiced general dentistry in South Jersey until she opened her own private practice, Advanced Dental of Holmdel, in 2017. She has been practicing general dentistry for over 20 years.
