Today was my first dental visit in WDA. The whole team are awesome, from the receptionist up to the dentist. I never felt bored while waiting, they’re very approachable and the hygienist was great, she’s gentle and fast at the same time. Perfect stars for them, kudos! ??

This dentist office has such a hospitable and attentive staff! I’ve honestly never felt so welcome as a new patient. As soon as I walked into the building for the first time, there was a welcome sign for new patients with my own name on it, directing me where to go. That alone really made me feel this office was different than others.
I was greeted by Ash who welcomed me warmly to the family, and he talked me through signing the initial forms (contact info, existing allergies, general forms, etc). He then sat me in one of the rooms and explained what to expect for my first time visiting this office. I really appreciated that he was there to talk me through my visit, and took the time to explain everything! Usually staff just dumps you in a room and leaves you wondering what’s going on, but not at Washington Dental!
Next I met Carol, who took my xrays and offered to give me a paraffin wax treatment on my hands. It felt great! She was very kind and gentle with me.
My hygienist was Vanessa, who was super nice and took her time explaining the importance of flossing my teeth. She also talked me through what to expect and how my gums will react when first starting to make flossing a true habit- our chat really convinced me to make it more of a daily habit!
Lastly I met with Dr. Shah, who like the rest of the staff was very kind and again explained what she saw with my teeth during my check up.
Overall, I’m so glad to be joining the Washington dental associates family! Again, I’ve never felt so welcome as a new a new patient before visiting Washington Dental. The thing that’s stood out to me the most and what really impressed me was the hospitable staff, and how they took the time to explain everything they were doing to me.

Today I got my teeth cleaned by Natalia. This is the second time she’s done it for me. She’s super friendly, talks me through everything, and checked in with how I was doing regularly. She communicated thoroughly with Dr. Shah ensuring the dental team is informed with what additional work I need done. Having had dental trauma in the past, I’m really pleased with my visits at Washington Dental Associates.

My first time here and everyone was so nice and friendly. I was greeted with smiles. They really cared about what was important to me and gave me details about what was going on. I had a couple of fillings done and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Shah was very gentle and made sure I was ok. Ashenden couldn't have been any nicer! Definitely happy I came to this place.

I highly recommend (Washington Dental Associates) to any one.They have been doing a great job in my mouth for /X\ years, the personal is very respectful & friendly, they have the best technology equipment & the best professionals. I'm thrilled that they exist in this part of the planet thanks to God.

It is always a pleasure coming in to Washington dental associates - the staff is amazingly friendly and even though I haven’t been here in a while cause of distance I decided to make that travel cause no other dentist can beat my dentist at Washington Dental Associates.
They are well educated, modern with technology and they treat you like family and that is important to me.

Washington Dental Associates is hands-down, the friendliest, most clean, and helpful dental office I’ve been to. The staff is very kind, and will offer you their complete attention. I can safely say that I am looking forward to my next teeth cleaning!!

Washington dental is by far the best dental home. The staff is amazing and kind. The Doctors are all so gentle and great with the work they do. The office is a clean friendly environment where you feel comfortable with every visit. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff members to make you feel at ease and at home. The doctors provde excellent work with what is needed. Always leaving feeling happy and wanting to share my smile!;)

Hi. had my first appt today and I must say from the time I walk in had a positive experience from all the staff members I encounter, everyone was courteous, helpful, friendly and my hygienist was the best. The staffs, and my dentist explain everything to me in details and am really happy i decided to try them absolutely no regrets overall I will recommend this place to anyone. Thanks everyone.

I had a great visit at this Dental Practice - everyone is very professional and also very informative. i went in for a cleaning and they were really informative about the next procedures i'll need. Also they are gentle with your teeth. I highly recommend this place

One of the most amazing dental visits ever. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. I went in there for a consultation and i was amazed at the effort that went into the making sure the visit was smooth and my questions were answered. I definitely recommend going there for dental work.
