Smelled like weed, office called to see if I could come in earlier. I came in a half hour earlier and sat
In waiting room for about half hour after my original appointment.
Got a ton of xrays. Dr came in liked at them, tapped 2 teeth and said I have to cavities. Didn't explain anything or point out on the xray where they were.
Then told me to book a cleaning. I was in seat for 10 mins and that was it. I expected xrays and a cleaning. Never going back

I scheduled a cleaning and check up, yet I was told after getting my x-rays that I would have to schedule my cleaning for another time. This feels like insurance fraud and has been reported to my insurance carrier as such.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment as instructed. They took my insurance card and my paperwork and 45 minutes later I was still sitting in the waiting room. No one ever called my name. People came in after me and left before I finally went up. Got my insurance card back and left

Hard to give a review for a dentist who spent less than two minutes with you, but he was very dismissive of the fact that I sat in the chair at that office for an hour only to be told by him that nobody would be cleaning my teeth. Because they don't do that for new patients. But I could try to make another appointment up front. Excuse me?! Waste of my time, people were rude and dismissive. You couldn't pay me to go back to this office. If you insist on going here, do NOT select "new patient appointment" no matter what because they'll never tell you that it means you can't have a cleaning. WHICH a hygienist told me is a common complaint they get. Yet still no communication. SKIP this dental office!
