About Dr. Ralph Reyes
Dr. Reyes & Dentistry are a perfect match! From the beginning of his college days, he was destined to become a dentist. Initially a pre-med student interning at the San Diego County Hospital, Dr. Reyes entered the Dental Department out of curiosity. From that day forward, he has committed himself to dentistry, and his passion for the arts and sciences has never faded. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Reyes has always practiced in Azusa and recently celebrated his 34th year in practice. He is now in a new facility in Downtown Azusa. "It was always my intention to practice in San Diego because I fell in love with it while fulfilling my undergraduate education; however, fate had a different plan for me."
In 1986, Dr. Reyes acquired a 30-year-old practice from one of Azusa's premier dentists, Dr. John V. Moller. Over the next three years, he also acquired adjacent practices from longtime dentists Drs. McChesney and Antle. As his practice grew, Dr. Reyes focused on restorative and implant dentistry and affiliated himself with specialists providing endodontic, periodontic, orthodontic, and implantology care.
For almost as long as Dr. Reyes has been practicing dentistry, he has been married to Jeannine, his lovely wife of 31 years. Their son Angelo is an attorney at the City of San Diego Public Defender's office. The Reyes family makes their home locally, where Dr. Reyes enjoys everything and anything outdoors but finds most of his time is committed to traveling with his wife.
