Dr. Dhillon was quick to diagnose the problem and offer treatment. However, she did not stay long in the room and left her assistant to answer the questions that I had. She had to come back to the room when I asked a question that the assistant could not answer. I understand she is extremely busy but the "bedside manner" leaves a bit to be desired.

My braces consultation was with a temporary ortho. It means, I have to go in again, and get another consultation with the permanent ortho. I wish they would tell me this before so I would not waste my time getting a consultation with a temp ortho. My wait time was more than 1 hour and another hour was inside waiting AGaIN. After the temp ortho checked my teeth, the person who was supposed to tell me the cost was with a customer. I had been eyeing them and noticed they were there for quite some time already. So I straight up left after waiting for him for 5 mins. I am not trying to be there for another hour. I had talked to people around me and they all said the wait time is usually 20-30 mins. I'm thinking what is the point of getting an appointment when you have to wait that long. I had Dental Care USA for 9 years. I never, ever had to wait more than 10 mins for an appointment. I regret switching to Western Dental but I have to live with this for a year until I can switch my plan again.
