My Dentist was FANTASTIC. It was and emergency extraction for a wisdom tooth and not painful at all. Great job. Friendly office staff insurance covered it. amazing experience. I plan to making this my new dentist office.

Seen many dentists -- Monga was great. Her office is new and very clean and conveniently located. Staff were pleasant and friendly and I didn't wait at all. They did work -- cavity fillings -- right away. No sense at all I was being pushed into work I didn't need as many NYC dentist offices do (even good ones). Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff & friendly doctor . Dr. Monga really took her time to make sure all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I didn’t wait at all, and the office was very neat and clean. I scheduled my next visit and intend on being seen there for all of my dental needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Overall quick and efficient appointment. I feel like the cleaning was fast and she was quick to tell me I didn’t have any cavities without even picking my teeth. It’s the perfect place for getting in and out of the office quickly.

Dr Ratna was very professional. She reassured me there was nothing to be nervous about. The cleaning went very well. She explained everything very clear and gave me options about my tooth extraction going forward. The office was very clean and everyone was super friendly. I definitely recommend.

I was really disappointed by my visit. I arrived fifteen minutes early and ended up waiting over an hour before I was called in. When I got inside, nothing was ready, so I ended up waiting more while the assistant prepared the room. After lots of X-rays, the actual cleaning was less than ten minutes, and I got completely drenched in water--my hair was even wet. I've never had that experience before.
The office was also incredibly unclean. There were cigarette butts on the floor of the waiting room, and inside the exam room the floors were cracked and grimy. The cabinet was missing a door, and there were random pieces of dusty wood on the floors--I'm not a clean freak, but the mess was enough to make me feel uncomfortable. I don't think I'll be coming back, and I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Monga always goes a great job putting me at ease and explaining the procedures. For such a nervous patient, I feel completely comfortable under her care.
