DR. Flayeh is an excellent dentist. I was very pleased with Dr. Flayeh and the staff. I went in to see Dr. Flayeh to get a filling on my front tooth to close the gap that I had in between. Dr. Flayeh took her time and was able to close the gap in between my two front teeth in a very professional and careful way. She is terrific at her work. She takes her time and explains every procedure that she does very well. I have been going to her since then and very pleased with her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for the right dentist to go to.

She is very competent and clearly an expert in her field- she was efficient and knowledgeable and to top it off she was very friendly and easy to talk to. Her work is subpar!! She is so reckless. I went because my tooth was chipped. I had to go back three times for her to fix it!!!! The first time she left an indentation where food would get stuck. The second time she did it with two different shades and left black ink on my tooth. Each time she butchered my gums. The third time I asked her to be more gentle with my gum and miraculously she was able to fix my tooth without any injury to my gum. This only goes to show how reckless she is with her work. I will never go back.

I booked an appt. with Dr. Flayeh because of her outstanding Zoc Doc reviews. I haven't been to the dentist in 2-3 years and was extremely nervous going in. Dr. Flayeh was incredible. I felt like she was the first dentist to actually explain everything to me in detail and in terms I would understand. She wanted to do full mouth x-rays on me since it had been a while since I visited a dentist, but first she called my insurance to make sure I was covered. I won't be eligible for full mouth x-rays until next month, so she took the x-rays I was covered for and I will go back next month for the full ones.
My only disappointment was that I had a bit of a co-pay that needed to be paid then and there, yet I have 100% coverage from my insurance. Maybe it was for the consultation? I am not sure, but I am checking with my insurance and following up when I go back in again.

I just have to say that going to the dentist has always been the least like most fearful thing in my life, and as a result, I ended up with terrible teeth. Going to Dr. Flayeh's office has changed all of that. Yes, I still get a tad anxious, just a normal lifelong feeling, but I Love My Dentist!!! The entire office staff is amazing!!! I feel like they are my friends. They care about me as a patient and as a person. I feel like I have known them for years even tho' it has only been one, and they have turned my gloomy look and hand over my mouth to hide my teeth into a bright, beautiful smile!! Dentist for Life!!!

I would characterize Dr. Flayeh's approach as very conservative. She looks out for her patient's best interests in their dental health while not promoting the most radical, expensive treatment. She goes above and beyond to minimize pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family! She also has an outgoing, friendly staff! The office manager gave me reasonable and affordable pricing on dental services that I needed to get done!! Especially, for not having dental insurance. I was completely satisfied. :)

tl;dr - poor communication, unorganized, (just drilling?) for filling took over hour, ouch my root, did not have temporary filling, left in need of root canal and in pain with exposed root, was out of work unpaid for 2 days
Let me start by saying the hygenist was awesome. Best cleaning experience I've ever had, and her bedside manner was awesome to boot!
Then I saw the doctor to have a filling done. I was told she would be working on the upper left side, and like any other non-dental professional I do not know the number that is associated with what tooth. I came in originally because I was having pain on a different tooth than the one I will be describing below. We scheduled another appointment after my first visit and I requested we take care of any fillings needed in that section all at once. I was to have 2 fillings done but I left with an exposed root and no fillings. I was not told before the procedure that they would be working on a tooth that already had a filling. If I had known I could have told her that my former dentist had gone almost to the root and I had been cautioned that if the filling did not hold up (which there was a chance of but we went over the options and I opted to try the filling even though the cavity was bad.) Instead she took over an hour to remove the old filling I presume and proceeded to drill to my root. The wait time was actually more than an hour but I gave them an extra star because about 15 minutes of it was not their fault. A patient passed out during a cleaning, though they did handle things very professionally. They immediately called an ambulance and were very calm in the face of crisis. I'm not even sure this impacted my wait time or why I was waiting for about 50 minutes BEFORE this happened, as I was seeing the doctor, not they hygienist. During the procedure the assistant had to be given extra direction regarding location of supplies multiple times and they seemed very unorganized as a team and at one point we stopped for over 10 minutes so they could find something. They said something about a recent remodel but that is no excuse. Their bedside manner was okay but I should not have been uncomfortable or in pain and needing consolation during a very standard dental procedure. I have had fillings done before as well as a root canal and this was worse than the root canal. I don't know if its just because the shots don't get that deep or if the numbness was just wearing off by the time they actually go that far but it hurt all the way to my head when they got close to the root. She did immediately stop but it shouldn't have happened. Better communication could have prevented the whole thing. She may have been a fine dentist on a less battered tooth but I certainly wasn't giving it another chance.

I took an appointment through ZocDoc. When I went to the appointment, I discovered that the clinic was closed. I was shocked and displeased because they lost my time on nothing. Also, one of the workers at the front office is very rude and makes you feel you don't want to go there anymore, although the doctor was nice.
I would finish the tooth she is working on and never go back there.

Absolutely horrible service. The dentist did a good job. However, note, big... "however". The staff behind the desk do not know what they are doing. A few examples:
1. Friday appointment I showed up at the correct time and the doors were locked. After calling the didn't even apologize while giving some excuse.
2. They kept asking me if I had insurance when they couldn't figure out my billing. I have excellent insurance with 100% coverage.
3. After I called my insurance to see what was going on they had not submitted anything to my insurance. It took the office over 2 MONTHS TO submit my paperwork.
4. While that was taking place I was waiting for my crown and had some pain. I told the office and again no apologies just was told I needed to wait until they figured out my insurance.
ahhh I do not recommend "Noble Care"!

Super friendly staff and so was Dr. Flayeh! I had a horrible toothache and I called and she actually seen me that same day n started working on my tooth. I feel so much better now. Also, she has a plan for people like me who don't have dental insurance and everything was between 50% & 60% off.
