The dentist was amazing. He was very personable, highly knowledgeable and very confident. I had pain going into his office. His staff was very professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgable. Within minutes they took X-rays, diagnosed the problem with the pain and within 30 minutes he fixed the problem. And they sent me home with prescriptions, clear and precise care instructions and further direction as how to continue with my own care.
I would go back to him and recommend him and his office to everyone.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kasiri today. I was pretty nervous walking in, because I knew I was probably going to need to have a couple of teeth pulled (I'd never had to have a tooth pulled before, and these were wisdom teeth, UGH), but he made the whole thing as easy and painless as possible. He even called me a few hours later to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, I was pleased with his level of professionalism and how he was able to explain everything to me and I would definitely recommend him to others.

For one thing there wasn't any parking so we hard to park 3 blocks away and walk to the office. It wasn't a long wait to be seen though. BUT Dr. Kasiri wasn't every helpful at all!!! I told him I was thinking about getting braces and all he would tell me is how the only thing I could do was get surgery and how it was going to cost so much and he couldn't do it. He spent most of the 15 minutes I was in there telling me about all his other patients and how he had helped them but he couldn't do anything for me. He even showed me molds of other peoples teeth then showed me how he fixed them. Then he would say that none of the pertained to me cause I needed surgery. All I wanted was for the gaps in my teeth to be fixed. He never even mentioned braces. He said the best he could do was give me a retainer that might fix the gaps but not all the way.... Over all a bad experience. If my insurance covered any other Dr. I would go to them instead.

I was made to feel like I was at home,from the receptionist to Dr. Kasiri.I showed up ten minutes early to fill out the paper work and after the information was input to the system i was being X-rayed.The x-ray was available for viewing immediately.After a brief conversation with Dr.Kasiri he went to work and made me feel comfortable so that I could last until the next visit to have a crown put in.I was very pleased with the visit.

I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I wanted one crown repaired. A temporary repair would be fine. He wanted to replace the crown plus the one beside it, implying that my former dentist screwed up. I found another dentist and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Best dentist visit I've ever had, by far. Dr. Kasiri and his team are friendly, punctual (even though I arrived a few minutes late and still needed to have my insurance processed!), and very patient in answering questions. I inquired about fixing a minor cosmetic problem with my four front teeth, and Dr. Kasiri was very informative and enthusiastic in explaining how it could easily be fixed in a few months with a retainer. He even took the dental impression right then and there while his assistant spent 20 minutes on the phone verifying the procedure with my insurance. I left with a huge smile and will definitely be sending my family and friends to this practice :)
