I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience was like no other I had to leave one! AMAZING staff from the moment I walked through the door I felt taken care off! The front desk staff is amazing, Dr. Reza is so caring! I would recommend this office to everyone who is looking for a dentist to trust in the Boston area!!

Well the first thing that stood out was the office it was very comfortable it just made you feel safe and you definitely knew from the the receptionist that you were in good hands. It’s a two hour commute for me but it’s worth every mile. I was so thoroughly impressed by the whole process that I went home letting all of my friends and family about dental designs. Excellent experience! The dentist is amazing, very professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The assistant is also very kind and attentive, always making sure I was okay. The receptionist is organized, friendly, and made the scheduling process very easy.
The whole team is excellent. I highly recommend them!

I had very positive experience going here. This dental office consist of a great and friendly staff with a welcoming environment. I initially had to reschedule my appointment to the afternoon the day I went which they were accommodating of and then I was also a few minutes late due to traffic and parking scenario, but the office had no issues with and welcomed me in with smiles and talks. Dr. Reza Saffari is very personable, professional, and respectful as well as his staff, and I can tell they all get along fantastically. I was there quick and easy for approximately 30 minutes and felt zero pressure or negativity. All in all, I would recommend this dental office to anyone; I already have my second appointment booked a few months from now!

Dr. Safarri was amazing. I am someone that usually doesn’t like going to the dentist, but he was so friendly, thorough, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I went in for a cleaning, but also wanted my permanent wire checked out and he was kind enough to do both in the same visit. The entire staff is so friendly and make you feel comfortable! This is the first dentist I look forward to seeing again. Shoutout to the dental assistant as well who was the kindest, loveliest woman.

My experience was amazing. The staff greeted me with open arms. They were warm and inviting the office. You’ve never seen a better one tea, coffee, espresso, sparkling water anything you could’ve thought of they had my dentist was patient and thorough and so polite even while giving me Novacaine, I walked out of there with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend. They even offer warm blankets ending with a hot lemon scented towel. It’s like having a dentist with a built-in concierge.

This is the most patient dentist in the world. I am incredibly high dental anxiety, and he prescribed me halcion for the procedure. His entire staff is so wonderful, Margarita in specific was great. Dr. Saffari knows what he’s doing, and he took care of me. He is the best.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a dental provider, from start to finish. First of all they can schedule nights and Sundays which works much better with my schedule. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, the office was chic and pristine and the dentist knowledgeable and respectful. 10/10 would recommend!
