Pricing a little steeper than some other dentists, but clean, comfortable and modern office with easy parking. Dr. Chang was very polite, kind and thorough, and the receptionist was beyond superb.

Dr. Chang has been practicing dentistry for the last 25 years. He is committed to excellence in dental care while ensuring his patient’s visit is comfortable, personalized and affordable in a safe and clean environment. Dr. Chang also specializes in the safe removal of mercury filling following the strict guidelines of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. While studying for his undergraduate degree in medical biophysics at University of California, he began volunteering at the local hospital and free clinics treating the homeless, and thus planting the seed of his life-long mission to serve the underprivileged.
Today, Dr. Chang has forged a Evergreen Dental Care team with Dr. Naomi Osada from Japan, and Dr. Lorie Mann from his alma mater, providing a full range of general and cosmetic services like tooth-color fillings, porcelain veneers, ceramic crowns, Invisalign, and dental implants. He has also traveled extensively around the world providing free dental care in places such as Haiti, Bolivia, Mexico, El Salvador and Bhutan.
When not in the office, Dr. Chang enjoys his time off with his wife and two teenage daughters. He is also the dental director for a an international aid organization, Tzu Chi Foundation, as well as teaching CPR and first aid in the local communities, and serving on the board of directors for the American Red Cross.
His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

I have always feared the dentist since I could remember. Coming to Evergreen Dental Care changed my mind completely. The staff is great from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walk out. A big thanks to the doctor and hygienist and their team.

Right when I walked into the door I was taken to the back. All the employee's are really nice and make you feel comfortable. Stacey was really gentle and I really didn't feel any pain during my cleaning. I love coming to this dentist office.
