Dr. Richard Golden graduated from University of Detroit Mercy school of Dentistry in 1971. Dr. Golden has been practicing in Detroit, MI for over 30 years. He was the first dentist in Michigan to advertise, open multiple offices, offer a five year guarantee on dental work, and provide general anesthesia for his patients. Because of the great influx of new pateitns, due to marketing and advertising, Dr. Golden was forced to challenge and analyze the standard way dentists performed. Their procedures and instruments were antiquated and he realized there had to be a better and more efficient way to extract teeth. 15 years ago he began experimenting with new ways to perform dentistry, which resulted in becoming the Inventor of the Physics Forceps® and our other extraction instruments, such as the GMX 69 Upper Root Tip Extraction System.
