My appointment was scheduled at 4 and that is exactly when it began. No wait time at all. I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I was never in pain. He is a great dentist and I will be sure to recommend many people.

A graduate Cum Laude from University of Georgia in 1976, Dr. Greiff went on to receive his DDS from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, IL in 1980. Dr. Greiff also completed the Advanced Dental Residency program at Lackland Air Force Base. Dr. Greiff has served as an instructor of dental programs at Scott Air Force Base and Southern Illinois University Dental School in Alton, IL.
Dr. Greiff retired from the United States Air Force in the rank of Colonel in 2001, after 20 years of active duty service. His Air Force assignments included tours in England and Korea. Dr. Greiff joined Lake Pointe Dental in 2003.
Dr. Greiff is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois & St. Clair Dental Societies, as well as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Greiff is active in his community, physical fitness, cycling and playing golf. He is the father of five daughters and lives in nearby Shiloh, Illinois.

Dr. Greiff is always concerned with your comfort, he makes sure you aren't in any pain which I really appreciate since going to the dentist is not a fun thing for me to do. His staff are always kind and professional and remember who you are when you come in. I would and have recommended Dr. Greiff to my friends and co-workers which I do not do lightly.

Dr Greiff saw me emergently for a fractured tooth. After an x-ray and exam, he assured me the tooth was salvageable and that he could put in a new filling and make the tooth whole again. I not only appreciate and respect Dr. Greiff's expertise but sincerely appreciate his calm and caring demeanor - second to none!
I would recommend Dr. Greiff with the greatest confidence to anyone.
P.S. I first met Dr. (Colonel) Greiff in the Air Force. His outstanding care for me while on active duty made him my first choice for a dentist when he retired. Thanks for your service to our country, Dr. Greiff!

You could fall asleep whilst Dr. Greiff is injecting your gums to numb them...he's that gentle. Great "bedside manner"...frequently asks if you're OK of if something is bothering you. What a great experience!

EXCELLENT! He is SO GENTLE with the injections...I never felt the needle at all. Personable, witty, and no-nonsense when he gets to work on the teeth. Professional, but not stuffy. I have literally (really literally) held off treatment from a "local" dentist until I could arrange to see Dr. Greiff; once from Rhode Island, and twice from Ohio. He's that good.

I know that most of my life I dreaded going to the dentist. Since I have been going to Dr. Greiff I can honestly say that I look forward to it. He explains what he is doing and why; always makes sure I am not experiencing any discomfort; is so focused on me that I feel as though I am his only patient; and he does outstanding work.
