Dr. Salm graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2006 and completed a residency at Marquette the following year. He is a Wisconsin native and currently lives in Waukesha with his wife Rashell, daughter Tallula, and son Oliver. Dr. Salm loves practicing dentistry because it allows him an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others.He has been awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) as a result of his commitment to continued education in the field of dentistry, a distinction earned by only 4% of all dentists. Dr. Salm’s focus as a dentist is to provide high quality dentistry in a caring and gentle manner. He understands that each of his patients have different dental goals and challenges and as a result must be cared for on an individual basis. Dr. Salm enjoys educating his patients about their oral health conditions and treatment options in a pressure free manner so that they feel comfortable choosing whatever treatment suits them best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salm's for several years. He and his staff are always very nice, courteous, and caring. I have anxiety about going to the dentist (as many do) but I have always felt safe, informed, and never pushed into treatments. It has always felt that my best interest is his number one priority.

My visit was excellent! The whole staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist was awesome! It was a pain-free cleaning. Dr. Salm was great too! He explained everything thoroughly and was gentle when he examined my mouth. My kids and I all had an extremely positive experience.

Dr Salm cares about his patience and how they are doing. Easy to talk to about my issues. Staff and his assistant are very polite and kind. They also have a great selection of magazines should you have to wait for a short period of time:)
