Dr. Parr grew up here in Virginia Beach. He went to dental school at MCV in Richmond. Dr. Parr graduated with honors in several areas before returning home to Virginia Beach to open his own dental office in 1989. He has received extensive training in cosmetic and implant dentistry as well as sedation dentistry. Dr. Parr loves helping people have the smile they have always dreamed of having.
Dr. Parr and his wife Tracey have three wonderful boys: Taylor Justin and Brandon. As a family they enjoy skiing and snowboarding together and have spent years together with Dr. Parr coaching and Tracey as team mom on baseball and soccer fields and wrestling mats.
Dr. Parr is past president of the Eastern Virginia Make A Wish Foundation and is currently on the board of and past charter president of Toby’s Dream Foundation. His passion for helping people is integral in how we take care of our patients at The Smile Center.
