He was very kind as were his staff, yet very professional. From the first time in the back, to the plan of treatment up front, which you must sign and agree to if you want them to help you, all seems very straight forward. I was told if I needed numbing medication that the doctor would administer that, but they do work with you to try to do everything without numbing medication and only use if necessary. Once I had discussed payment, and signed for my treatment plan to tell them what I wanted done as my options were presented to me, they were able to fix everything today! A very professional place in my opinion. Oh, and the staff at bedside, was so quick with that suction that I never had to worry about breathing or needing to swallow anything! I would highly recommend for anyone who's had a bad experience with a dentist to come to this doctor. I was scared, but they were very gentle and kind and told me what they were going to do!

I had a great experience! I was in and out. I need some dental work done so they set my appointment, printed out a price list, and I was ready to go.

Wait time was non existent. Dr. Townsley was short, sweet and to the point. Appointment was at 6:30p and we were out by 6:50p.

I really like Dr. Townsley; he was very nice, professional, and answered my questions fully. My only criticism was my initial wait was slightly over 30 minutes, and then I had to wait an additional hour for the treatment I needed. I was at the facility from 10am-1:30pm, with work only being done for no more then 40 minutes. Also, the staff should work on keeping personal discussions limited in patient care areas.
