Offices are nice and clean. Staff is welcoming. Wait time at my first appointment wasn’t great. At my first appointment I went with the intention of getting a cleaning done, I got there 15mins prior to my appointment for paperwork, got taken to a room 40mins after my appointment time, got my X-rays done and was seen by the doctor and hygienist after waiting quite a bit between them. At the end they told me to make another appointment to get a cleaning done since it was just a consultation. It would’ve been good to know that from the very beginning. I recently went for my cleaning, and it was an overall great experience and they were very thorough and informative. I’ll be continuing to go there to further try them out.

I wasn’t seen by the doctor I scheduled the appointment with, so that threw me off a lot. Dr. Balboa (male) was very casual and quick, but I guess it was fine.

The staff there was very friendly. They worked together to ensure the process was seamless. The doctor was awesome and did thorough checks then she sat down and explained everything to me and gave me recommendations. I would recommend this doctor.

It was a very short wait, I filled all of my papers out on this app beforehand so they were able to see me pretty much within 15 mins. Everyone was super nice and answered all of my questions. Even the doctor cut into her lunch break to take care of one of my cavities that had been bothering me and I was only scheduled for a teeth cleaning. I already booked for my son to get his teeth cleaned soon as well. I have found my new dental home!

Very nice people and office but the job they did on me they said my insurance didn’t cover it and they charged me a lot of money. I found out thru my coworkers that what they did insurance covered almost full amount. Don’t trust them. And meanwhile after a year they still have the nerve to keep calling me like I’m going to go back there! Never again!

Worst dentist experience ever. I will never ever in my life go here again. Not happy with how the treatment about my meds was handled the staff laughed because i was unable to get my meds and they thought it was funny which i did not find anything funny worst clinic ever will never be going back there again.
