What a nice office! I suffer from dentist anxiety, and the staff was very understanding. There is no pressure to get the work done the same day.

The only complaint I have is that the wait time is extremely long, and everyone else in the office was complaining about how long they had been waiting it was my first time at this office and with this doctor and when I first walked in somebody was complaining arguing actually with the girl at the front I was impressed at how she handed him once I finally was seen by Dr Lui she explained everything to me and gave me all the options I have for my dental work

My experience with Dental Group of Arcadia was frustrating and disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time before being seen. For context, I was scheduled to be seen the previous day, but I was informed that my insurance was inactive, despite providing accurate information beforehand.
This lack of organization and disregard for my time and insurance details reflects poorly on the professionalism and efficiency of the practice. I would not recommend this office to others seeking dental care.

Worst experience ever. The front desk guy is very rude. Waiting time is so long that it spent me 2:45hr for only a cleaning!!! It’s amazing experience!

Everyone is very nice, and the quality of the treatment is great but the wait times are insane. I came in for a cleaning and have a filling replaced and I was there for 4.5 hours. I was in the waiting room for a full hour before I was even brought in to have my blood pressure taken and then waited for X-rays and then waited another 45minutes to talk to the dentist about the X-rays before waiting again to start the cleaning.
I do appreciate that they always have an administrator come in and talk to you about the pricing of everything before they proceed with any treatment, and the dentists and hygienists here I really like and have been happy with their work but the wait times are consistently terrible.
