When Dr. Seim is not busy taking care of his patients, he enjoys going on walks with his wife and Chihuahua/Jack Russell mixed dog, Axle. He is very active in his church and volunteers much of his time towards planning activities and teaching gospel classes to the youth of his church. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf and watching his college team, the Utah Utes. When the weather finally cools down, you will often find Dr. Seim and his wife doing one of their favorite activities, roasting marshmallows at night. Dr. Seim enjoys grilling on the barbeque and claims he makes the world’s best buttermilk pancakes and Nutella stuffed French toast.
