The receptionist was very nice and got my insurance verified quick. The hygienist was super friendly and explained every step as he went. I have had plenty of x-rays done before but never had a hygienist explain things so completely the entire time about how the x-rays work, how it will feel and how he will insert the pieces in my mouth, ect. Dr. Badalov was very sweet and soft spoken. The examination was quick but I feel he did a thorough job and even double checked his examination of my teeth to make sure he got everything. I didnt think I would get a teeth cleaning as well after the examination because in the past I normally have to schedule that seperate but he did it, and even offered to start the work I needed to get done on my mouth. I told him about the anxieties I have getting work done on my teeth and he was quick to give me a solution. All in all it was great and I scheduled two more appointments to finish the work I need.

Dr. Badalov was amazing. He is fast, but gentle and the team at Icon dental treated me like I was family. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Got a root canal and it went real well. I really felt comfortable and confident with the dentist and the procedure. And his assistant Connie made me comfortable as well. Both are very professional. And the front receptionist Mari is always amazing with getting me in for my appts.
