Ive been terrified of the dentist my whole life!! He made me feel comfortable and he is hilarious. Very knowledgeable and let me know exactly how he wanted to treat my teeth. The staff was very friendly and full of energy. All the equipment is up to date. The exams rooms have massage chairs, they have a fancy X-ray machine. I will be returning for my cleaning.

The dentist was great; the support staff was a bit of a mess. I was in the chair for 1 hour, 45 minutes, and all I had done was a set of x-rays and a cleaning. No other dental work was needed. Way too long a time.

I am never returning. They asked me my name about 10 times from several different people. There is NO privacy. Literally a huge room with 4 chairs and a counter top to divide everyone. The only person who was helpful was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and gave me advice. The dentist seemed to just care about money. He said I needed a root canal which I might but then referred me to someone who doesn’t cover my insurance. Then said to come back to him to spend literally hundreds of dollars on a whitening treatment which I would be happy to do for the right dentist but everything about my visit here felt slimy and disorganized. I will be looking for a new dentist and office.

Although my other experiences were fine, the fact that they didn’t have my appointment is inexcusable. I’m not sure if it was the fault of the office or zocdoc but when someone losses several hours of their workday due to a complication like this, it leaves me to find another doctor. There are too many doctors in NY to waste times on an office that can’t treat you when u have an appointment.

Going to the dentist is never a fun experience but Dr From made it much more enjoyable. I woke up with a terrible toothache and was able to get a same day appointment even as a brand new patient. Dr. From kept me laughing through the entire appointment as well as informing me about my dental health. Would highly recommend to others and will certainly be using him as my primary dentist from now on.

I have to say, this was the most painless dental cleaning I've had. Staff was friendly and very informative. The only reason they're not getting the full 5 stars is because of the x-ray. I'm used to 2, maybe 4 photos for mouth x-rays. They took 18, not including the number of times they messed up and had to retry. Also, the machine they use I guess can't achieve certain angles, so you have to hold your head in extremely uncomfortable positions for an extended period of time.

The office is very open and everyone can see you getting work done as you walk by. I had to wait 45 minutes before I could meet with the nurse and was already in a rush. The nurse kept getting called away by another doctor to help, so it made me think that they're understaffed. My actual dentist seemed very knowledgable at first but then, during the teeth cleaning, kept poking and prodding at my gums, even though I mentioned it hurt, and sat up to spit out a mouthful of blood. Worst dentist experience ever.
