More about Dr. Robert Shpuntoff, DMD
Dr. Robert L. Shpuntoff graduated S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook and spent time doing Cancer Research at NYU before moving on to study dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with a D.M.D. degree in 1982. Upon earning his DMD degree, Dr. Shpuntoff completed an advanced dentistry residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. with a specialty training in dental implants and in 1983, he received his Certificate in Implantology. He was in charge of Geriatric Dental Services at The Samuel Schulman Institute in Brooklyn from 1983 to 1988. Dr Shpuntoff received his Certificate in Orthodontics in 1990 from NYU Dental School.
Dr. Shpuntoff was president of the Queens County Dental Society 2001. He is currently an active member of the Board of Trustees of the Queens County Dental Society and a delegate to the New York State Dental Society.
Dr. Shpuntoff works hard to stay abreast of the latest advances in orthodontic care and participates in regular continuing education seminars and advanced training courses.

My visit was very good. This place is very neat and very relaxing because it has a big fish tank in the waiting area. The staff is great and very profesional. I am very pleased with the results.

My visit to the orthodontist is always a pleasant experience. Most of the staff members are a delight to speak with, and the decor is both relaxing and interesting. And the best part, my teeth look awesome! Thanks Dr. S! P.S- go during weekday mornings, because the kids are all in school!
