This was my 1st visit. I found that my filling out their forms online in advance hadn't worked -- I was given a fresh set odf paperwork upon arriving in the office. But I was admitted quickly. I was asking for a diagnosis of pain on the left side of my face. I dealt with 3 of Dr. Hockley's staff as they interviewed, examined and X-rayed me -- all very pleasant and professional. Dr. Hockley explained what she found and what she was still looking for to determine the cause --next I'm referred to a dental specialist for an additional examination. Dr. Hockley is very good. I'd recommend her.

Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, the office was having some technical issues. But regardless, my exam and cleaning were thorough and I was made to feel comfortable. I was also given good advice and samples for toothpastes to use. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hackley.

Staff is courteous, professional and thorough. All aspects of procedures were explained from x-rays, daily dental care, insurance coverage, and future treatment. Meeta, Meg and Dr. Hackley treated me. Danielle (Receptionist) welcomed me, researched insurance coverage and explained costs. Ms. Williams reviewed immediate and future treatment. I plan to continue my dental treatment with this office. I have recommended a co-worker to this office.
