I waited no more than 10 minutes (including the time spent filling out my paper work as a new patient). After the initial visit, the staff informed me they had an opening for a cleaning and offered if I wanted to do it today instead of setting up another appointment; a meaningful gesture I greatly appreciated. Adriana and Arlene were amazing in addressing all of my concerns and informing me of preventative dental care. Office and suites were well-kept. Overall, I was there for no more than 1 - 1.5 hours. Will definitely be coming back for the follow-up appointment in six months; great first impression.

The staff and the Dr. are great. I came in right away and I am going to start my treatment. I will be able to rate the actual dental work in later appointments; however; they are very professional and I have a feeling that I am with them for the long run.

I felt nervous as I hate going to the dentist but Dr Carballo put me at ease , always asking was I ok and making jokes to keep a smile on my face. He made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very nice , I was surprised they remembered me from the last visit. It was nice to feel known.

The. Staff members greeted me as I entered the office. The other staff members were also very friendly and conpasionate. I love the fact that Dr. Carballo was very warm, gentle, friendly, and explained the entire process of my needs. Moreover, the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth took the time to explain the process and concens of my dental care. She made me feel really comfortable. I can honestly say that this was my best dental experience ever.
