Crown fell off while I was traveling. Dr. Duong and her staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to my issue and and were quick to welcome me as a new patient. Denise and Dr. Duong made sure they resolved my issue to both their and my satisfaction. Excellent dental practice!!

Dr. Duong and her assistant Brandy were amazing. My first time visiting and I was nervous. Very gentle and efficient. Let me know upfront my cost and out of pocket after insurance. I love them. I am definitely returning.

This office staff was so kind and helpful. Once I was called back the assistant, Brandi, did all the pre appointment stuff—X-rays- photos etc—she was such a joy to work with. We had very pleasant conversation. Once she called Dr Duong in —I had such a great time with these two young women. We chatted, we laughed, we got my teeth cleaned and polished , we talked about my pets, wine, country living. It was a fabulous experience! I highly recommend this dentist and her staff—Healthy Smiles in Elgin Texas.

Dr. Duong was so friendly and kind! She spent time listening to me and made sure I understood what she was saying and why she recommended what she did. Her assistant, Brandy, was also very friendly, attentive, and funny! My husband will be coming here now as well!
