My dentist was very good, she made sure to explain all procedures. It is a very nice and clean office. The only issues were the dental assistant took alot of x-rays and that took a very long time. So she did not have time for my dental cleaning and I have to make another appointment. Also Zodoc would not upload my docs.

The staff at the front desk are not the friendliest. One girl was crying, and when I was scheduling an appointment she wanted to collect money for it, which is fine but the appointment is over a month away. Than rudely told me I had to pay two days prior, I will be damn to pay a month prior. I had a funeral to pay for first. Geez have some damn symphanthy and stop being money hungry they might be able to keep client. What happen to pay the day of. Just not the friendliest staff. So whoever made her cry she probably had it coming because of her attitude.
They took a picture of me like I was a prisoner did not even take the time explain why or asked if she could..
They need customer service training! So needless to say I might be looking for someone else if I have another bad encounter with her

It was the greatest experience that I ever had with a dentist in all my 56 year of life. I would definitely recommend Dr Tawil to everyone. I never felt so comfortable at a dentist in my life.
