Wow! Everyone in the office is so friendly, very understanding and accommodating. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in the door. Fast response time if you leave a message. Also, I was able to book an appointment online after hours for the next day!
I initially went in to just have a crown re-cemented (crown was done elsewhere). Dr. Kaur’s main goal is to have you not fear the dentist. It shows in her actions and the way she treats you as an individual. She takes the time to actually listen to you. I felt that she was totally focused on what was going on with me. She was able to devise a well thought out specific plan of care and to explain it in a way that made me feel comfortable enough to finally proceed with treatment.
I had the consultation on a fractured tooth that I had been dreading/putting off having removed for almost two years, since I already had two different opinions on how to remove it that horrified me! She took her time and explained what needed to be done and how she planned on resolving my issues. Asked if I had any questions or concerns and genuinely took the time to make sure I was at ease with the procedure and understood everything. After I left I thought of other questions. I went back in and she made the time to address all my additional concerns. She truly cares about each one of her patients. I won’t be going anywhere else!! Her care and concern for my well being continued even after the procedure, she called me that evening and again the next day, just to check in to see how I was doing.
As far as pain goes...she is “very” slick with the needle. I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Once the numbing wore off, the pain I was anticipating was not there at all!

Dr Kaur is the best! Very nice way about her--and she knows her stuff. My hygienist was extremely thorough. I love the office and staff who work in the practice are just best too! The office is very modern too. I cannot recommend this practice enough!!

the attention to my emergency issue- a cracked crown- was superb, efficient and very well attended to. Dr. Kaur and her dental assistant were very professional and caring. They do an excellent job in attending to emergency needs. The quality of the new cap was superb.
