Dr. was patient and informative. Staff was friendly and the office was pretty modern. I went after work and wait was not long at all. I actually don’t dread my next visit to the dentist, would definitely recommend!

Cleaning was rushed. Offered a price then it was increased when paying. Didn't even offer mouth wash to rincr mouth after cleaning. Over priced for bad service. Would not recommend.

My visits are always great! I've been going to Dr. Karmel for about 2-3 years now and he really is the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. He's straight forward, works quick, explains everything perfectly, and has a great staff. He is a professional and I trust his medical expertise. All the work he's done on me has solved every problem I've had. I look forward to the dentist now instead of being terrified like I was before. Thanks Doc!

What a great experience! By far the best dentist and dental experience I've had. From the beginning, the receptionist and dental assistants were so friendly and nice. I was greeted with cupcakes, how nice! :D You had me from the start. And Dr.Karmel has serious skills, I could see it in the way he worked on my very sick tooth. I absolutely loved how he is so informative and knowledgeable! He explained everything step by step, thoroughly. He asked questions and made sure to leave none of my question unanswered. He was also adament about keeping me comfortable during the procedure. It's great when you know your dentist wants to relieve your pain just as badly as you do. Would highly recommend

Very nice Dentist. I am so scare about any dental procedure that I waited to the end to take my wisdom tooth out. Doctor Karmel and his team made me comfortable, even thought I was super nervous they help me calm down, and worked with me. The extraction was fast and I had no pain while having the extraction or afterwards at home. They made sure I was ok the entire time and explained the process step by step before and after the extraction.
I waited very little to be seen and the staff is very nice :) switching over and totally recommend this dentist.

Guys this is not an over exaggeration, Dr. Karmel is the best in painless tooth extraction. Had an extraction this morning around 11:30, not a single feeling of pain & it was done in about 15 mins. Highly recommended!

I've been a patient for 7 years, both Gary and Russell have been knowledgeable, caring, patient with children and adults. I am so incredibly thankful for their years of service to myself and my family.
I will truly miss them as I've moved to the Miami area. I wish I could take them with me.

I usually don't leave reviews but i had to for Dr.Karmel and his staff. Before Dr.Karmel i was petrified of dentist and hadn't gone to see one in about 8 years. He made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. His staff explained everything to me step by step and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

He is also very thorough on his exams and meticulous with his work. He is up to date on the latest dental technology and advancements. I am confident in his ability to provide great dental care at reasonable cost.

I never write reviews but considering that this is by far the best dental experience I had to. I've been seeing them for about 9-10 years now. Very professional, friendly clean & organized. My dentist makes me feel so comfortable that I've never been afraid of up coming dental appointments. (I'm always hearing horrible stories from friends and their dentist) hands down the best Dental office ever!!! Make an appointment you won't regret it!

Dr Russell Karmel is an extremely skilled, competent and thorough dentist. He puts you at ease from the moment you sit in the chair to the moment you get up. He explains everything in a simple way knowing that there is a certain fear for a patient sitting in a dental chair waiting to be worked on. He does not do anything without consulting you first and many times he offers alternatives when available. He is very concerned about your comfort and pain threshold and will go the extra mile to insure that your dental experience is one that allows you to walk away satisfied that you made the right choice. I highly recommend him!

As usual the office is clean and filled with plenty of distractions to keep you busy if you come without any reading material. The staff is courteous and professional. My visit was pain free which is something that is extremely important to me. I was prepped for a cap and again during each step Dr. Karmel explained in detail each step he was taking to prep the tooth for an impression. Dr. Karmel has an outstanding dental chair side manner and manages to keep me at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Karmel and would not dare use another dentist.

I've lived in Woodhaven my whole life and never seen Dr. Karmel before until now. He is officially my dentist for life. He is great, I felt so comfortable. He talks to you the whole time to make sure you understand everything he's doing and why. He is the best dentist I've ever been to.
