The professionalism and friendliness of the whole staff is outstanding. However, I wasn't prepared for the extra long wait time, considering I only came for routine cleaning. I came on a Saturday morning and the place was very busy. Next time, I'll make sure to pick a less busy time. I'll definitely come back though.

The office called to reschedule my appt twice. Due to me being a new patient they said I have to come in 2 hours before for a full exam. I rescheduled to the next day and left work early. I informed the representative that I spoke with the second time that I was expecting. He noted he would put it in my chart. I arrived on time and waited an hour to be seen. I informed the tech that I was pregnant as she was not aware. She went to the front desk and doctor to ask questions and then the blame was placed on me, saying I spoke to the call center and not the office. Crazy cause all I did was call back the number they left on my voicemail. Following that the doctor informed the tech he can only look at me but can’t help me cause I needed medical clearance from my OB. Very unprofessional interaction and I wasted my time and am still in pain. I can’t get a medical clearance from my OB at 4pm on a Friday. This info should have been provided prior to my appt. I will not return to this office!

I made the appointment because of trouble with my jaw and Dr. N was the doctor I went to see.. I did not see the doctor I registered to see. He no longer is at that location. I waited an hour before I saw the different doctor and was told that they do not work with Jaw problems and was released.

Nice office, nice people. However, never got to my cleaning, which is what I came for. Too much selling of products and services not covered by my insurance. All I wanted was a simple cleaning.
