Our practice has been established for over twenty five years by Dr. Mahesh Shah. Recently, his son, Dr. Sagar Shah, has joined the practice and in doing so, he has brought new technology as well as new techniques into the office.
Each tooth in the mouth is an organ of the body. Just like any other organ, teeth, and the oral cavity as a whole are susceptible to disease. As doctors of the mouth, our job is to first and foremost eliminate oral disease. But once we are able to achieve that, our true passion is to repair and recreate smiles.
Having completed a rigorous general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Shah is now performing comprehensive dental care to each patient that walks into the office. We perform all phases of dentistry, from cosmetic work to surgical therapy, including gum surgeries and removal of impacted wisdom teeth. With the recent advent of dental implants, doctors are finally now able to remedy the problem of missing spaces in the mouth without the need to create a removable denture. By utilizing top-of-the-line dental implants, we are proudly now placing implants in our dental office.

Dr. Shah was wonderful! He and his staff were was very attentive and thorough. It was a busy day but he did not rush the appointment and answered all of my questions. The equipment and furniture was a bit old but I think Dr. Shah is just taking over and I see they are in transition.

He is amazing. He is a human before he is a doctor, and he is ALWAYS professional! I have been looking fro years for a dentist to not only help me, but listen to my situation and how I got to the desperate point I was. Non one cared about anything more than billing! Dr. Shah noticed problems that I didn't even bring up because I thought there was no help affordable but by God's grace, he is resolving them all! Martha is amazing. Office is small but very clean and sterile. Relieved me of all my dental anxiety. I fully trust him. I even relaxed and took a mental break during my root canal! He is my dentist fro sure!

Dr. Shah and his nurse are friendly and very helpful. I'm new to LI and came in as a new patient with a painful abcessed tooth. The wait was quick, and he was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had about how he thought the tooth should be treated. In under an hour I was out the door and on my way to pick up antibiotics for the infection. Highly recommend.
