Overall it was a great experience. They did forget about me in the consultation room and i had to ask why it was taking so long. The manager came in and apologized and assured me that my next visit would not have such a long wait time. The manager was right, my next appointment i was taken back right away and got my treatment started.

Everything was excellent. All explanation regarding the treatment process and diagnosis was easy to understand. I can feel that the doctor really cares for the patient and the patient will get the best treatment possible. Avoiding unnecessary extraction or surgery is a good approach to avoid any regrets during or after the treatment. It's awesome that she is aiming to fix the problem first so complications wont arise that will deter the treatment.

More about Dr. Sally Moser, DDS

Dr. Moser graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2001 from Saint Martin of Porres Dental School in her hometown, Lima, Peru. After graduating she continued her education and completed two years of specialty programs in Orthodontics. Before moving to the United States, she opened her own dental office where she practiced general dentistry and orthodontics. Leaving a successful practice and her family behind in Peru was not easy, but Dr. Moser was determined to fulfill her dream of practicing dentistry in the United States. In pursuit of her dream she moved to Los Angeles, where she completed all dental examinations and competed with thousands of dentists from all over the world for a place in an International Dental Program. She was accepted by two of the best dental schools, University of Southern California and Loma Linda University. Without hesitation she accepted the invitation from the USC Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists, an intense two year program. Go Trojans! Due to her outstanding academic achievement, she was placed on the Dean’s List throughout both years at USC. Utilizing and further developing her leadership skills, she was heavily involved in the Student Body Association and Organized Dentistry. With this experience she traveled all over California representing her class at many different California Dental Association meetings and events. Giving back to the community is important to her as well. She makes it a point to participate in Care Harbor LA each year, where she provides free dental care to the underprivileged in Los Angeles. Her involvement in the dental profession outside of academics and clinical training has given her recognition amongst the dental community for having strong leadership and service skills. Continuing her education and staying at the forefront of dentistry will always be of priority to Dr. Moser. She too attends the world-renowned Scottsdale Center for Dentistry for continuing education courses. Being active in the dental profession is also important to her, as she is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Los Angeles Western Dental Society, and the University of Southern California Alumni Association. Currently, she is expanding her skills to include implant dentistry. As Dr. Moser’s dream is realized her dedication and passion for dentistry is stronger than ever. Her primary goal is to help our patients achieve optimal dental health. She values listening and understanding your concerns to make you feel comfortable in our office at all times. Her own special skill sets will allow for our patients to obtain a wider scope of dentistry in our office, rather than being referred out. Her passion is orthodontics and she is highly skilled in treatment with braces and Invisalign. She is so blessed to have an awesome husband, Michael, who is her biggest supporter. They have been living in the South Bay for over seven years and have two adorable Boston Terriers, Reyna and Chloe, together. Away from the office, Dr. Moser is a very active person. Her favorite sport is basketball as she played in college. She enjoys going to the gym, running, mountain biking, and taking her dogs on long walks.

Sally Moser do not show up, at all. I lost my full day, again, for nothing. Someone looks my mouth, and do not gave me any print out. and only after that, they say that they do not accept my Incurance at all. What a bad company, as they knew well ahead all info about my Incurance, but they tryed to demand my cach for they works...

I get follow up calls past 9pm on weekends and week nights confirming a Saturday appointment. I am then told Saturday is the ONLY option to come in for an appointment. I signed a contract that was not fully explained to me and in no part of it did it say my only option would be to come in on Saturday. Why would I ever agree to wasting half of my Saturday in a dentists office for hours? Very shady practice, even though I'm paying them monthly they don't accommodate anyone in any way. The staff who calls me does not listen to any requests, only tells me "we are not allowed to email for security purposes and you are not allowed a copy of the contract you signed for security purposes." What kind of supposedly "specialist" dentist office doesn't allow full transparency or multiple forms of communication? The dentist was a nice woman for the five minutes I saw her, but the way this office is run is very poor compared to dentists I've had in New York City, Atlanta and Chicago.

My visit was very pleasing, the office environment is very comfortable and I didn't have to wait too long and the staff was very polite and gives a very warm welcome towards the patients most especially doctor, she makes you really feel like you are taken care of and feel like you can really trust her. Overall everything was spectacular and was more than what I had expected.
I can see my teeth getting better in 2 weeks. I am amazed by their efficient treatment method. The best part is their financial plan to make me afford the treatment easily. I highly recommend this place for you. Thanks Dr. Moser and her awesome team.
