I think I can understand why some people say it is like a business but understand that the choice is yours and they are just laying out what is there for you.

Dr. Sandhya Goli has been providing outstanding dental care since 1997. She received her dental degree from Boston University and stays on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in dentistry.
Dr. Goli maintains memberships with prestigious organizations such as Massachusetts Dental Society and Society of Women Engineers. She is greatly known for her outstanding performance in dentistry but she has a gift when treating with crowns, veneers, and dentures.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Goli enjoys providing free, quality oral health to underprivileged children in our area by volunteering her services with Mobile Access to Care Dental Van. Additionally, in her spare time, Dr. Goli enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, reading and skiing.

I had to wait over 2 hours for my teeth cleaning appointment, with a total time in office being over three hours. Dr Goli seemed to have poor time management skills and was easily distracted with background activity. She also tore open my lip during the cleaning process. I would not recommend this dentist.

I came in at 11 am, didn’t get to my actual appointment until around 11:30. I asked for a cleaning, didn’t leave the office until close to 2pm. Never have been so u happy about a cleaning in my life. I went in thinking this would be free, I’m told to do all these additional things that I shouldn’t have done because of course insurance doesn’t cover. Very dishonest staff and very unpleasant experience. I wish I could say I’m happy with the cleaning.. but that was terrible

Waited an hour to be seen and then took awhile to get from the xrays to the cleaning. All told, I arrived at 11am and didn't leave until past 1pm.
Still, the consultation was very rushed. Hardly asked me any questions or provided any advice. Never reviewed the results of the Xray with me. Given how far behind schedule they were, I'm sure they were just trying to get me out of there to move on to the next patient. Despite the long wait and the rushed service, the didn't even give me free floss or toothpaste or anything.
I've had appointments back in NYC that took less than a half hour (from the time I arrived at the office) and included far more attention.

the carpets were stained, took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, the receptionist told me he wanted my eyes, was left in the room 4 times because the assistants did not have the right tools, my cleaning took 10 minutes, and I was not escorted out to the waiting room.

The office seemed a bit disorganized. To tell a fair story, my insurance details weren't confirmed but I wish they would have let me know before my appointment so I could be sure to figure this out before. I was in their office for a total of 1hr 45min for a cleaning - 20 mins were on me for getting through to my insurance. They did my x-rays first and then I waited in another room for somewhere around 30 minutes before getting my cleaning/consultation.

They have zero interest in the comfort of their patients. The receptionist was even condescending to me when I called back after my procedure for something for pain. Got treated like an addict. Truly sad and not worth going back.

It was a good visit. I am not crazy about dentist but when it needs to be done I was comfortable about her service. She explained to me the health insurance way of covering and not covering for certain service. And she was very professional she focus on dental care subject.

Although I went in with expectations that were not met, Im happy with how my visit went today aside of waiting 2 1/2 for the dentist to see me. She did however explain on why she was late. My teeth got cleaned and my next appointment for the original reason for my visit set, I would recommend this dentist and hoping next appointment the wait won't be as long.

She seemed very knowledgable, but she spent more time criticizing my brushing, flossing, etc. than she did cleaning my teeth.
Also, my appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but when I got there they said it was at 12:30. It didn't end up actually starting until about 1, even though there were no other patients in the office.

I went for a routine cleaning and Dr. Goli did the actual cleaning. I informed her prior to starting the cleaning I had a bit of bonding on my lower front tooth and to be careful not to loosen it. She loosened it and it fell off requiring her to re-bond the tooth. Now she wants me to pay the difference between what the insurance company will pay, which I will not do. this was her fault and there should have been no charge for fixing it.

I specifically chose Dr. Goli because ZocDoc listed her as Spanish speaking. I made my appointment online and received the email confirmation. However, when we arrived the receptionist had no knowledge of the appointment and told us we would have to wait until the dentist had time to see us. No one in the office spoke Spanish, so while my child did finally receive her cleaning the dentist and hygienists were unable to communicate with her.
