I was called to remind me of my appointment. I told them I had Delta Dental. They asked if was PPO, personally I don’t know the differences. I told them to verify before I get there. They said we take Delta Dental PPO. I had all my info on Zoc Doc and offered to give it over the phone. When I got to the office they called to verify and I was told they don’t take it after sitting for 15 minutes. There are 4 people seated at the front desk. At least one of them should verify insurance before a patient comes in. What a waste of time!
