I hope that you will allow me to be an integral part in restoring and maintaining your dental health. San Antonio is a familiar place for me, and I am glad to be returning to this community. I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio in 1984. I have been in private practice for over 28 years in my hometown of San Benito, Texas. I am married and have two daughters.
Dentistry is my passion, and I am blessed to be able to go to work each day with a smile on my face. I am currently working in the San Antonio practice on Thursday, Friday, and some Saturdays. I have the joy of working alongside my son-in-law and business partner, Dr. David Vela, here in our San Antonio practice. My daughter, Stephanie Vela, is our Dental Hygienist, and my beautiful wife, Pat, is our Office Manager. We pride ourselves in being a small family practice, and I hope that you will allow All Smiles the opportunity to be your dental home.
Outside of dentistry, I primarily enjoy spending time with my family. Fishing, hunting, and going to the movies are some other hobbies of mine. I am also a huge sports fan with my favorite basketball team being the San Antonio Spurs!
