He joined a group practice in East Austin where he spent the last 3 years providing dental care to underserved children. It was always his vision to create a practice where quality care was provided, to everyone, in a very friendly and cozy atmosphere.
That vision lead to the birth of Lifetime Smiles; a prestigious, high end practice, with a warm and caring staff whom are excited to be there for you. At Lifetime Smiles, we provide bottled water, a coffee and tea bar and flat screen TV’s above every chair so you can relax and be connected to the world as you receive your dental care.

Dr. Arzegar is hands down my favorite dentist I've ever seen. I'm probably not alone in this, but going to the dentist is usually a fairly awkward and unpleasant experience -- getting x-rays isn't fun, getting cleanings isn't fun, knowing that you should be flossing and brushing more isn't fun, etc etc etc. But Dr. Azregar's entire office was so pleasant and kind and patient that none of that stuff was at all awkward or unpleasant. Dr. A even sat with me after my appointment to answer questions about what's the deal with dental insurance -- he totally didn't have to take time out of his schedule to help a clueless twenty-something-year-old understand the nuances of insurance policy, but he did because he's awesome. Thanks, Dr. A!

Very friendly. Staff were clearly trained in the "soft" skills-- Everyone greeted me warmly and treated me like a guest. The massage chair in the waiting room is a nice touch. When the exam showed that work was needed, Dr. Arzegar had me come to a consult room/office to discuss the work and the price. I appreciate being able to have these discussions sitting at a desk, rather than while lying on my back looking up at him from a dentist's chair. Over all, a pleasant experience.

One of the MOST PROFESSIONAL & COST EFFECTIVE dental office visits/offices EVER! the hygienist is very nice & did a great job. Dr. A is kind, professional & I would refer my own mother to him! Highly recommend to ALL!
