This office has it together! I've been going to a dentist for over 50 years and this was the best and most comprehensive exam/cleaning/xrays I have ever had. Dario is AMAZING. Explained everything, such a doll and very gentle touch. Dr. Francois was highly professional. Would totally recommend.

Dr. Francois and Micheline were amazing. Both of them were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They saw things in my xrays and other images that my previous dentist didnt pick up on. They picked up on things as far back as my childhood and this was just my first visit with them. I am so happy to finally find a dentist who truely wants to help and get to know their patient. Micheline was so gentle when it came to doing my xrays. I tend to be in a lot of pain when I have to get them done but Micheline was very gentle, listened and worked with me for the process to be much more comfortable. Excellent, cant wait to go back for my next appointment. Definitely perfect for those who speaks French or creole.

I completely forgot her name but the South African Madam was lovely. Had a good conversation while we waited for the Doctor for the xray. Overall would recommend the entire experience. Office called me right after I booked to confirm and get my insurance information.

Very clean and organized facility. The staff from the front desk to the exam room to doctor herself were all so warm, welcoming, friendly, and overall customer service oriented. They were efficient (minimal wait time) but still did not make me feel rushed. I don't remember the x-ray tech's name, but she was super nice with a calming voice (European accent maybe?). Dario the hygienist was great and gave me a familiar feeling, like I'd been there before. Dr. Francois was so patient and attentive and answered all of my questions. The ladies in the front, admin area were awesome as well. I'll be bringing 3 of my family members here and recommending this dentist to others. Thank you all for a positive first experience!

Good visit from the time I walked in till the time I walked out. The waiting room was spacious... there was only one other person joining me in the reception area thus allowing for social distancing. The staff was kind.
Dr Francois was adorably kind and friendly. I felt totally comfortable putting my mouth in her skillful and steady hands. Her assistant was kind and friendly. The gift bag they gave me included a “professional “ size roll of ‘tp’ which is now a commodity these days. They asked what type of music I preferred and played my preference.
This was definitely my best visit to the dentist ever.

Very professional staff with top-notch bedside manner. Dario was an excellent hygienist and Dr. Francois was knowledgeable and very thorough in her explanations.
I've been to some dentists that constantly try to sell you on unnecessary procedures, but that wasn't to be found here. I'm very happy with how things turned out and I've already scheduled a follow up cleaning.

The staff at Beautiful Smiles Family Dentistry is beyond stellar. I learned that it came under new ownership - I definitely notice the change. Dr. Francois is very friendly & personable and Dario has the hands of an angel! He was very gentle. I will definitely return.
