I have lived in five countries and this is the best dentist I have ever encountered. Dr. Alex is very kind and professional. I had a number of issues with root canals and crowns. He took care of everything. Ahead of every intervention, he clearly presented possible options and associated costs. Quality of work and cosmetic results are impeccable. Strongly recommended!!!

I was very nervous going to a new doctor because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists trying to propose unnecessary treatments. Not with Dr. Alex, that was clear almost immediately. He walked me through everything, explained my options, was patient, friendly, and was really clear with what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. I was in an out in less than an hour, and can honestly say it was one of the best dentists experiences I’ve had- definitely sticking with him.

Absolutely wonderful visit to Dr. Alex. Friendly, took his time, and was an overall pleasant experience (which says a lot, since I am not a fan of going to the dentist). I had the unfortunate luck of having to have one of my molars pulled out, and Dr. Alex did it with great care - from the anesthesia (I did not feel the injection needle at all) to the actual extraction. He even called (Dr. Alex, not one of his assistants) several days after my visit to check in and make sure that I was doing well. Highly recommend a visit to Dr. Alex.

I liked my visit to Dr. Alex. He has a nice office and a good demeanor. The only thing that I didn’t like was the long wait time of about an hour before I was seen. The receptionist had a hard time finding my insurance but it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did.

Dr. Alex is AMAZING. I waited less than 10 minutes and he was so apologetic. The office is clean and well organized. He walked me through every step of the way of my cleaning and x-rays. He showed me a tooth that was getting close to a cavity, he told me we could wait and monitor it with extra flossing to see if it gets better or he could fill it. I felt informed and no pressure to get it done for money, which has been an issue in the past. We did the filling and it only took an extra 30 minutes. Such a great great doctor, great location, and open late!!

I live in another state and was only visiting DC when I accidentally cracked one of my molars. I had to frantically search for a dentist here and Dr. Alex was fantastic. I am squeamish about dentist and so seeing a new dentist for a major procedure (I needed to get a crown) was terrifying. His staff were amazing and made the process of making a last minute appointment, checking in, verifying insurance a breeze. I’ve never had to get a crown before but Dr Alex was great, professional, friendly, meticulous and has a calming presence. I can’t say enough about Dr Alex and his staff! A+ all around.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Alex was excellent in every aspect. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Alex handled me with the care I would expect from a top notch dentist. I have experienced bad dentists in the past and Dr. Alex took his time to explain everything to me. He made me comfortable and put me at ease. The new office is beautiful, warm & welcoming but the best part is the atmosphere or friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Alex and assistant Jamie His is a "warm" practice providing excellent dental care to all levels of challenge-I can attest to that as I have had particularly challenging dental issues!
